Welcome! I'm Skyler Pink, a Marriage and Family Therapy graduate and Oregon Associate dedicated to helping individuals and couples feel more connected to themselves, their relationships, and the life they want to build. I am supervised by Bryce Taylor, LPC.
I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable. Whether you are navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, unwanted thoughts, stress, feelings of disconnect, or any other undesired thoughts and behaviors, my goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and comfortable showing up exactly as you are.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in authenticity. I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel safe enough to explore their vulnerable experiences openly, while also feeling empowered to grow in ways that feel realistic and sustainable. Each individual has unique needs, I tailor my work depending on one's unique experiences, strengths, and goals.
I utilize an integrative, evidence-based approach, with some utilized modalities being Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). As a trauma-informed therapist, I recognize that past experiences shape how we view ourselves, navigate relationships, and respond to the world around us. Whether trauma is at the forefront of our concerns, influencing your experiences more quietly in the background, or does not play a role in your situation, I prioritize creating a therapeutic space that feels emotionally safe, collaborative, and paced in a way that honors your readiness and comfort.
